Assalam Alaykom, I’m Coach Serag. I’ve always been passionate about movement and sport, earning medals in karate and cups in football, but something still felt missing. That changed in 2007 when a friend showed me a movie, B13, featuring David Belle. I realised that the stunts Ihad been doing for fun were part of a larger world, and I knew parkour was the path for meto explore my physical abilities. I also wanted to build a community of like-minded individuals in Alexandria, Egypt. In 2013, I held my first workshop and discovered my passion for teaching and helping others unlock their potential through parkour.Since then, I’ve been driven to explore the world through parkour, connect with people from different cultures, and help others do the same.

Yo, what’s up! I’m Adal, all the way from the vibrant and chaotic Mexico City. Coming from a family of martial artists, I’ve always been into movement, and I’m lucky to have discovered parkour thanks to my best friends back in secondary school. Fifteen years later, I’ve experienced all the benefits that parkour and movement bring to life. I live and love through movement, whether it’s parkour, acrobatics, juggling, slackline, dancing, skateboarding, or anything that keeps me learning. I believe in pushing my body, mind, and soul to their limits,right until my last breath.This is happiness for me, and it’s the message Iwant to share with my students and anyonewho crosses paths with me on this journey called life.

Coming all the way from Brazil to Dubai: Hello there, I'm coach Raíssa. I’ve been coaching parkour since 2010, and throughout my career,I’ve had the privilege of helping people from their very first jump to reaching the podium inparkour competitions.
This journey brings me so much joy, and I’m excited to share that passion with my students through movement.
