Assalam Alaykom, I’m Coach Serag. I’ve always been passionate about movement and sport, earning medals in karate and cups in football, but something still felt missing.
That changed in 2007 when a friend showed me a movie, B13, featuring David Belle. I realised that the stunts I had been doing for fun were part of a larger world, and I knew parkour was the path for me to explore my physical abilities.
I also wanted to build a community of like-minded individuals in Alexandria, Egypt. In 2013, I held my first workshop and discovered my passion for teaching and helping others unlock their potential through parkour.Since then, I’ve been driven to explore the world through parkour, connect with people from different cultures, and help others do the same.

I’ve been coaching parkour since 2010, and throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping people from their very first jump to reaching the podium in parkour competitions.
This journey brings me so much joy, and I’m excited to share that passion with my students through movement.

Anil Backstory
Hi, I’m Anil from Turkey! Parkour has been apart of my life from the moment I started, and it soon became my lifestyle, shaping how I organise my days. I’ve travelled across Europe for various parkour events and even left university to study sports sciences so I could deepen my understanding and coach myself first.
Now, I’m excited to coach others and grow alongside the parkour community here.
